If it moves data, we can connect it

How Our Integration Process Works:

1

Learn Your Current System Setup

We walk through your ecommerce platform, ERP, WMS/3PL, CRM, accounting tools, feeds, and any custom systems.

2

Map How Data Moves Today

We identify what’s automated vs. manual and where things break such as inventory, orders, pricing, customers, and fulfillment.

3

Understand Your Desired End Results

Whether you want real-time syncing, fewer support headaches, simpler accounting, or full automation, we document your goals.

4

Build Your Integration Roadmap

We outline the steps to get from your current state to your ideal future state.

5

Estimate the Cost & Effort

You’ll receive a high-level cost estimate and phased approach, so you know what to expect and with no obligation to move forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which platforms do you integrate with?

We work across ecommerce (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Shopware, Adobe Commerce), ERP/Accounting (NetSuite, QuickBooks, JD Edwards, Sage, SAP), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho), Marketing (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), and many more. If your platform has an API, we can likely connect it. See our full list above.

I don’t see the system I want an integration for on your list. Does that mean you can’t do it?

Not at all. The list on this page highlights the platforms we integrate most often, but it’s not exhaustive. If your system has an API — and most modern platforms do — we can build a secure, reliable connection. Even with legacy or custom software, we can usually create a solution. If you don’t see your platform listed, let’s talk.

Do you only use prebuilt connectors, or can you build custom integrations?

Both. When prebuilt connectors (like Webgility or nChannel) fit the need, we use them. But many businesses require custom logic — like multi-warehouse routing, tiered pricing, or complex order flows — and that’s where we build tailored integrations.

How do you handle security and compliance?

Security is built into our process. We use secure authentication, encrypted data transfer, and industry best practices. For clients in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government), we adapt to specific standards like PCI DSS, HIPAA, or GDPR.

How long does an integration project take?

Timelines vary by complexity. A simple accounting ecommerce sync might take 2–3 weeks. Multi-system enterprise integrations can take 6–12 weeks. We define scope and provide clear timelines during discovery.

Who supports the integration after launch?

We offer support packages that include monitoring, error handling, and version updates. You’ll have a direct point of contact on our team.

Can you scale with my business?

Yes. We build integrations to handle increased order volume, new warehouses, or expanded channel sales. Many of our clients start with one system and expand to three or more as they grow.

How do you ensure data accuracy between systems?

We map fields carefully during setup, define system-of-record rules (ERP vs ecommerce vs CRM), and set up error logging so nothing falls through the cracks.

Do I own the integration code?

Yes — unlike some SaaS middleware providers, you’re not locked in. Our clients retain ownership, which means flexibility and no surprise platform fees.

How much does an integration project cost?

Costs depend on scope. Simple connectors start at a few thousand dollars. Complex multi-system projects require a detailed estimate. We always provide clear pricing before work begins.
